Anglemyer Crane Service was founded in 1954 by Edwin Anglemyer and his son, Edwin II, as a small crane repair shop built on hard work, trust, and a commitment to doing things the right way. From those early days, the business has remained family-owned and operated — growing through four generations of Anglemyers with the same core values at heart.
When Edwin III joined the company, he brought a forward-thinking vision and the entrepreneurial spirit to expand its reach. Together with his wife, Dorothy, he transformed the modest repair shop into a respected, full-service crane rental company, known throughout the region for dependable service and technical expertise.
Where We Are Now
Today, the legacy continues with John Anglemyer, the fourth generation to lead the company as President and CEO. Under his guidance, Ed Anglemyer & Sons, Inc. continues to build on its strong foundation — offering safe, reliable, and efficient crane rental services backed by decades of hands-on experience.
